If we’re looking at the in-game physics alone, it’s safe to say that newer is usually better, right? Well, in this case, GTA 4 feels more realistic. Again, this can be very subjective, and you’re not in the wrong if you enjoy GTA 5 more. The immersion of GTA 4 and the plot twists made me want to finish the game because of how invested I was. However, people felt more connected to Niko Bellic than Franklin, Michael, and Trevor’s trio. Both GTA 4 and 5 have a compelling storyline, memorable characters, and a myriad of activities to do. The storyline of every GTA franchise is arguably the heart and soul of the game itself. So, let’s take the PC out of the equation and compare the two from a console standpoint. For console gamers, the experience of playing GTA 4 is almost perfect – for PC gamers, though, it’s a whole different story.
